Scientist of the Day

Yes, kiddo got to be Scientist of the Day today. It's a thing that's been running for about 6 weeks now at kindergarten... one of the kids comes in with a simple science experiment and demonstrates it to the class, giving a simple explanation of what's going on. Now, there have been 3 kids doing these per week for like, 5 or 6 weeks now. And NOBODY had done the Volcano!

You know... you must know... the old vinegar and baking soda with some food coloring volcano. So, we did it. And it was a hit. Ended up using the WHOLE 1 litre bottle of vinegar, and the kids were shouting for more.
